- Includes: 4+ miles of groomed trails, tent camping, fishing creek, firepits, and 43 acres for outdoor fun.
- Additional: $300 for the Reception Hall w/ kitchen, bathrooms, lounge area - Required for groups above 25 for mass cooking
- Additional Guests: $50 per guest per night
- Additional $300: cleaning and support above 25 guests

VENUE INSURANCE POLICY
Approx $175-250
Insurance policy is required for groups above 25 people, who have guests who do not stay on property, or have outside support. Available from our agent or yours.
**Minimum of 6 hours between guests. May slightly affect check-in/out times

Cancellation Policy
Date Change
We will make all attempts to adjust the date for your stay and event when a change is required.
Outside of 60 days to arrival
We will apply a partial refund of the deposit if canceled before 60 days to the arrival date. Retreats and regular stays will have a 25% cancelation fee and wedding and corporate venues will have a 50% cancelation fee of the deposit amount due to the limited number of these events we support.
Inside of 60 days to arrival
Inside of 60 days to arrival the deposit becomes non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the property for the same time and booking rate.
